E-Sign & Electronic Communications Consent

Consent to Electronic Delivery
By applying for a Helios Card account and checking the box indicating your consent to this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Consent, you agree to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other documents (collectively, "Communications") electronically through our website, dashboard, or via email. This consent has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
If you do not consent to receive Communications electronically, you will not be able to use our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but doing so may limit your ability to use certain features of our services.
Scope of Consent
This consent applies to all service-related communications, including but not limited to:
- Account opening documents and disclosures
- Cardholder agreements and terms of service
- Privacy policies and notices
- Transaction confirmations and statements
- Legal notices and regulatory disclosures
- Any other communications related to your account
Duration of Consent
Your consent to receive electronic Communications will remain in effect until either: (1) your Helios Card account is closed or terminated, or (2) you withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by contacting us using the information provided below.
Right to Paper Copies
You have the right to receive any Communications in paper form by mail. While electronic delivery is our default method with your consent, you may request paper copies of any Communications by contacting us at the email or phone number listed below. We will provide paper copies at no charge.
How We Deliver Communications
Communications will be delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:
- Posted to your Helios Card dashboard or account portal
- Sent to the email address you provided during registration
- Made available as downloadable PDF documents
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current. You can update your information through your account settings or by contacting us.
System Requirements
To receive and retain electronic Communications, you will need:
- A device with internet connectivity (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- A modern web browser that supports 128-bit encryption (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A valid email address and access to your email
- Software capable of viewing and printing PDF documents
- Sufficient storage space to save Communications or a printer to print them
Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time without charge. To withdraw consent, please contact us using the information below. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of any Communications delivered electronically prior to your withdrawal. Additionally, withdrawing consent may result in the termination of your access to our services.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this E-Sign & Electronic Communications Consent from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated notice on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated notice.
